Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items are typically packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product description or discussed with you when your order is placed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Available USPS shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has shipped.

Shipping Delays
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Pour Sisters Studio's control. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Pour Sisters Studio as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
