Returns & Refunds

Because each Pour Sisters Studio item is handmade and many are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

If your order is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please note that handmade items may have slight variations or minor imperfections. These are part of the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
